We're off!!

We're in it neck deep! Yup, that's right, LC3 exams are upon us and since this is the first day, here are some helpful hints you should consider when preparing for your exams.

1- Analyze how you did on a similar test in the past

2- Arrive early for tests

3- Be comfortable but alert

4- Stay relaxed and confident

5- If there is time, quickly look through the test for an overview

6- Read the directions carefully

7- Answer easy questions first, then difficult questions

8- Change answers to questions if you made a mistake, or misread the question

9- Review
Review your test to make sure that you

• have answered all questions
• did not mis-mark answers
• did not make simple mistakes

10- Decide on and adopt study strategies that work best for you

Following these tips might help you in your exams. Let me stress to the night owls the importance of getting enough sleep: it's better to go to bed early and get up early to study than to go to bed late and wake up late for school. To all IAT students, 10, 11 and 12....God speed!
